Orange in some areas

Second Saturday in September through the last day of February, and third Saturday in April through the last day of May.

Required in the surrounding George Washington Management Area; DEM identifies the developed state campground as exempt. Wear at least 200 square inches of solid daylight fluorescent orange above the waist, visible from all directions; 500 square inches during shotgun deer season.

Hours & seasons
Management-area visits: 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset. Registered camping has separate access rules.
