Hours & seasons
Seasonal gates open at 9 a.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. weekends/holidays; gates close at sunset.
Getting there & parking
Passenger vehicles only; vehicles must fit within marked spaces. Parking is for state beach patrons.
Fees
Seasonal beach parking fee; day and season passes are available.
Pets
Pets are prohibited on state bathing beaches April 1–September 30, except service animals.
Accessibility
Seasonal accessible restrooms and beach wheelchairs are available.

Before setting up

  • Beach facilities and lifeguards are seasonal; plan for reduced amenities after Labor Day.
  • Use designated dune crossings and keep equipment out of swimming areas.
