Seasonal orange required

Second Saturday in September through the last day of February, and third Saturday in April through the last day of May.

Wear at least 200 square inches of solid daylight fluorescent orange above the waist, visible from all directions; 500 square inches during shotgun deer season.

30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset for ordinary visits.

Before setting up

  • Use designated access points and keep roads, gates, trails, and boat ramps clear.
  • Organized groups of 10 or more need a DEM special use permit.
